# Roulana > Live roulette on Solana. Your money stays in your own safe on-chain. Every bet can be checked. Roulana is a live European roulette table on Solana with a 3D wheel and a dealer. Players connect a Solana wallet; their money sits in their own on-chain safe, bets are locked and paid by a Solana program, and each round with bets has its number sealed on Solana before betting closes. Status: real money, USDC on Solana. The coin launches on Tuesday 13 October; the prizes start with it. ## Official addresses - Website: https://roulana.com/ - Game: https://roulana.com/play - Solana program: `7FqVwLDtBPC1YsKpiXUw8HxCJP63hqQKGFcnYXgYgHBn` ([explorer](https://explorer.solana.com/address/7FqVwLDtBPC1YsKpiXUw8HxCJP63hqQKGFcnYXgYgHBn)) - Table account: `AfyXCSmsshBZ998TCCNbuUSB5hcw4RnJFeEk1LWhh63J` ([explorer](https://explorer.solana.com/address/AfyXCSmsshBZ998TCCNbuUSB5hcw4RnJFeEk1LWhh63J)) - Chips (USDC mint): `EPjFWdd5AufqSSqeM2qN1xzybapC8G4wEGGkZwyTDt1v` ([explorer](https://explorer.solana.com/address/EPjFWdd5AufqSSqeM2qN1xzybapC8G4wEGGkZwyTDt1v)) - $ROULANA coin: not launched yet. Any coin with this name today is fake. ## How it works - Your money, your safe: Your dollars sit in a safe on Solana that belongs to your wallet. Only your wallet can take them out: the Solana program allows nothing else, whether our server is up or not. - Every bet can be checked: The round’s secret is sealed on Solana before betting closes, and a Solana block made after the bets are in is mixed in. The dealer cannot pick the number, and anyone can check it in one click. - Rules in a Solana program: A Solana program holds the money and pays every bet by its own rules; the dealer cannot change a bet or a payout. Every transaction is on the explorer, and the program’s source code is public at github.com/roulana/program, verified: building it gives exactly the program running on Solana. - If a round goes wrong: If a round is ever not finished on Solana within 2 minutes of betting closing, anyone can cancel it: every bet goes back to its safe, like a “no spin” at a real table. The table then stops until the owner has looked into it. ## Fairness - Every round with money on it has a secret seed. Before betting closes, its fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) is written on Solana, so the seed cannot be changed afterwards. - When betting closes, the program waits for a Solana block made after the bets are locked and mixes that block’s hash with the seed. The winning number comes from both: the seed is fixed before the bets, the block comes after them. - The dealer then reveals the seed on Solana. The program checks it against the fingerprint and pays every bet itself. - If the seed is not revealed in time, the round is cancelled: every bet goes back to its safe. - Anyone can check any round with money on it, in one click on the Verify page: it reads the fingerprint, the seed, the block and the number straight from Solana. ## Tokenomics (from launch) Today, half of the 1 % fee is the service fee for running Roulana and half is set aside for the public buyback wallet, by a rule in the Solana program. There is no coin yet: the buying back, the burn and the prizes start with the coin. - Fair launch on pump.fun: 1,000,000,000 coins, a fixed supply. No presale and no free coins for anyone. Nobody can create more coins or freeze wallets. - The bank pays a fee of 1 % of the bets out of its house edge: players pay nothing extra, and odds and payouts stay those of normal roulette. - 0.5 % is the service fee, for running Roulana: the servers, the Solana network fees for every bet and every round, upkeep and support. 0.5 % buys $ROULANA back automatically. - Half of what is bought back is burned for good, so the supply only goes down. Half pays the prizes: the day’s 10 biggest wins and the weekly Hall of Fame. - The owner buys 5 % in the very first transaction, in public, and locks it on Jupiter Lock: nothing moves until 13 January 2027, then 1/9 each month, all free on 13 October 2027. - pump.fun’s creator fee on coin trades: half to the prizes, half to running Roulana. - You never need the coin to play: the table plays in dollars (USDC). ## Live facts - [Live numbers as JSON](https://roulana.com/api/stats): players at the table, spins and money bet and paid today, the bank, the biggest wins of the week. - [The bank as JSON](https://roulana.com/api/bank): the table, every investor, the buyback wallet, the house result by day and month. ## Risks - Gambling: you can lose what you bet. 18+ only. Play only with money you can afford to lose. - The bank can lose money on any day; investors share that risk. - The free table at test.roulana.com uses test money; nothing there has real value. - A coin’s price can fall as well as rise; nothing here is a promise of profit. ## Links - [Full text of the site](https://roulana.com/llms-full.txt) - [Bank page](https://roulana.com/bank): the bank's size, share value, investors and history, read live from Solana - [Coin page](https://roulana.com/coin): $ROULANA, its launch on Tuesday 13 October, 16:00 UTC, the buyback and the one real address - [Game page](https://roulana.com/game): the 3D table and its real physics - [Solana page](https://roulana.com/solana): how the program keeps the money, draws the numbers and pays the bets - [Check a round](https://roulana.com/verify): checks any round with money on it straight from Solana, in the browser; or run https://roulana.com/verify-round.py - [Brand page](https://roulana.com/brand): the logos to download, the colours and the lettering - [Telegram](https://t.me/roulanacoin) - [Support](https://t.me/roulana_support) - [Source code](https://github.com/roulana/program) ## How to play 1. Connect a wallet. Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or any Solana wallet. Signing in is free and moves no money. 2. Bring money to the table. It goes into your own safe on Solana and becomes chips. 3. Place your chips. Tap the felt before the timer runs out. One approval covers your whole session: no pop-up for every chip. 4. Wins arrive by themselves. Paid into your safe when the ball lands. Take your money back to your wallet whenever you like. | Bet | Covers | Pays | |---|---|---| | Straight | 1 number | 35 to 1 | | Split | 2 numbers | 17 to 1 | | Street | 3 numbers | 11 to 1 | | Corner | 4 numbers | 8 to 1 | | Six line | 6 numbers | 5 to 1 | | Dozen, column | 12 numbers | 2 to 1 | | Red, black, odd, even, 1–18, 19–36 | 18 numbers | 1 to 1 | European wheel, one zero: the house edge is 2.7 %, the same on every bet. ## Limits Your betting limit: When you sit down, your wallet approves once: a key in this browser may place your bets, up to a limit and for a time you choose ($100 to $5,000, for 1 to 24 hours). That is why there is no pop-up for every chip. That key can only place bets. It can never take money out — only your wallet can. Even if someone stole it from your browser, they could only bet up to your limit and only until the time runs out. The Solana program enforces this, not our server. Every bet counts toward the limit, win or lose: nobody knows a bet’s result when it is placed. Autoplay bets every round, so it uses the limit faster — for a long session, choose a larger limit and a longer time. When the limit runs low, the light on your wallet button turns amber. Renew it with one approval from the wallet panel, without leaving your seat. Table limits: - Smallest bet: $1 — chips are whole dollars - One number: up to $100 (split $200, street $300, corner $400, six line $600) - Red/black, odd/even, 1–18, 19–36, dozens, columns: up to $2,000 each - All your bets in one round: up to $10,000, on at most 64 spots - The bank: one round may risk at most a set share of the bank (0.5 % to 2 %); a bet the bank could not cover is refused before it lands ## The game (https://roulana.com/game) A real European wheel and a ball that follows real physics: every bounce, every rattle, every drop into a pocket. - The wheel: A European wheel built in 3D at real size, 820 mm across: 37 pockets, the frets between them, the diamonds on the bowl and the turning rotor. - The ball: Its motion is real physics: gravity, friction and spin. It runs around the bowl, hits the diamonds, rattles over the frets and settles into a pocket. A spin lasts 15 to 26 seconds, 10 to 15 laps, like at a real casino. - The sound: Every click and rattle is made from the ball’s own collisions and speed: you hear what you see. - The dealer: A voice announces the end of betting, the winning number and the wins. - The table: 3D casino chips: tap a spot or drag a chip onto the felt, and change is made for you. Seven seats — tap a free one to sit there — and when they are all taken, more players play standing behind them. Everyone’s chips appear as they are placed. - AI autoplay: Autoplay is played by an AI. Pick Quiet or Aggressive, your stake and when to stop, and an AI player picks every round’s bets like a person at the table: it watches the others’ bets, keeps favourite numbers, puts its chips down one by one and tells you why. Your limits stay yours: it never bets more than you chose. - Everywhere: It runs in the browser on phones and computers with nothing to install, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Real sizes, 1:1. Every size at the table comes from real casino equipment, taken from the makers’ own spec sheets. For those who like to check: - The wheel: 820 mm across, 37 pockets (at a real casino: 800–830 mm: the standard 32-inch European wheel) - The ball: 21 mm, 8.7 g (at a real casino: 21 mm is the standard ball for this wheel; a 21 mm ivorine ball weighs 8.7 g) - A spin: 15 to 26 s, 10 to 15 laps (at a real casino: like spins timed at real casinos) - The chips: 39 × 3.3 mm, stacks of 20 (at a real casino: 39 mm roulette chips, 3.3 mm thick, stacks of 20) - A number box: 84 × 106 mm (at a real casino: 84 × 106 mm) - The whole layout: 1,193 × 508 mm (at a real casino: 1,168–1,219 × 508–533 mm (46–48 × 20–21 inches)) - Seats: 7 (at a real casino: 7 or 8) The physics uses these same sizes and weights: the 8.7 g ball meets the diamonds, frets and pockets where they really are, so it bounces the way a real one does. Whenever money is on the table, the winning number is drawn on Solana, by a program anyone can check, and the ball lands in that pocket. ## The Solana program (https://roulana.com/solana) Your money, every bet and the number of every round with bets are handled by a program on Solana, not by our server. - Your dollars sit in a safe on Solana that belongs to your wallet. Only your wallet can take them out, whether our server is up or not. Wins are paid into the safe by the program itself. - When you sit down, your wallet signs once: it lets a key in this browser place bets for you, up to a limit you choose and until a time you choose. That key can only place bets. It can never take money out, and you can end the session at any time. - The round opens: the fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of a secret seed is sealed on Solana, before any bet. - Bets are placed and locked on Solana. - Betting closes, and the program waits for a Solana block made after the lock. - The seed is revealed, and the program checks it against the fingerprint. - The program mixes the seed with that block’s hash to get the number, and pays every bet itself. - Nobody can choose the number: the seed was fixed before the bets, and the block did not exist when they closed. Anyone can check any round with money on it on the Verify page. Rounds where nobody bets are only the wheel turning: nothing is at stake, so they are not sent to Solana. - If a round is not revealed within 2 minutes of betting closing, it can only be cancelled, by anyone: every bet goes back to its safe, and nobody wins or loses. Every cancelled round is public on Solana, and the table then stops for 25 hours, longer than an investor’s notice, so it cannot happen quietly or often. - Investors own the bank in shares. Withdrawals take 24 hours’ notice and are paid only between rounds, and one round may risk at most a set share of the bank, between 0.5 % and 2 %. - The bank pays a fee of 1 % of the bets out of its house edge; players pay nothing extra. Half is the service fee, paid to the owner’s wallet for running Roulana: the servers, the Solana network fees for every bet and every round, upkeep and support. Half goes to the public buyback wallet: a split fixed in the program. A new buyback wallet takes effect only after 7 days of public notice. - The program can still be upgraded with the owner’s key, kept offline. Every upgrade is public on Solana. - Next: upgrades will need several keys and a 7-day wait, so everyone can leave first. - The number: the key is the 32-byte seed followed by the 32-byte hash of the later block (64 bytes). The program computes HMAC-SHA256 of the text "roulette3::" (the round’s id on Solana; counter 0, 1, 2 …), reads each result as 32-bit big-endian numbers and turns them into 0–36 by rejection sampling, so no number is favoured. ## Check a round (https://roulana.com/verify) Every round with money on it is drawn on Solana. This page reads the round straight from Solana, in your browser, not from our server, and checks it step by step. - The round belongs to Roulana’s table. - The fingerprint of the secret seed was sealed on Solana before the first bet. - Betting closed. - The seed revealed afterwards matches the fingerprint. - The block mixed in was made after betting closed. - The formula gives the number the program published and paid. Steps 5 and 6 read the program’s own receipt in the reveal transaction: Solana keeps a block’s hash for only a few minutes, so the program writes it down when it draws the number. The checks show that the program did what its published rules say. The program can still be upgraded with the owner’s key: see Upgrades on https://roulana.com/solana. The same checks run on your own computer with verify-round.py (Python 3, nothing to install), which talks only to Solana: python3 verify-round.py . ## FAQ ### Is this real money? Yes. The table plays in real USDC on Solana. Your money sits in your own safe, and only your wallet can take it out. ### Can I try for free? Yes: test.roulana.com is the same game with test money. ### Who holds my money? You do. Your dollars sit in a safe on Solana tied to your wallet, and the program only lets your wallet withdraw. We cannot move them. ### What if the server goes down? Your money stays in your safe on Solana, and only your wallet can withdraw it: the program allows nothing else, whether our server is up or not. If a round whose betting has closed is not finished on Solana within 2 minutes, anyone can cancel it: every bet goes back to its safe, and the table stops until the owner has looked into it. ### Can the house cheat? The number comes from a seed sealed on Solana before bets close and a Solana block made after. The program pays by its own rules and the dealer cannot change a bet or a payout. Anyone can check any round with money on it, in one click on the Verify page. ### What does it cost to play? Nothing on top of normal roulette odds. The table pays the network fee for every bet; your wallet pays a tiny SOL fee to bring money in or take it out. The 1 % fee comes out of the house edge (2.7 %), not out of your winnings. ### Why does my betting limit run out even when I win? The limit keeps you safe: the key in your browser can only bet up to it and until its time runs out, and it can never take money out. Every bet counts toward it, win or lose, because a bet’s result is not known when it is placed. Renew it with one approval from the wallet panel. ### Which wallets work? Any Solana wallet that supports Wallet Standard: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and others, on a computer or a phone. ### What is $ROULANA for? It is the table’s coin, launching on Tuesday 13 October. From its launch, half of the table’s fee buys it back (half is burned, half pays daily and weekly prizes). You never need it to play. ### What is the 1 % fee for? Players pay nothing for it: the bank pays it out of its house edge (2.7 %), so your odds and winnings are exactly those of normal roulette. Half of it, 0.5 % of what is bet, is the service fee, for running Roulana: the servers, the Solana network fees for every bet and every round, upkeep and support. The other half goes to the public buyback wallet by a rule in the Solana program, and from the coin’s launch it buys $ROULANA back. From then on, half of pump.fun’s creator fee on coin trades also goes to running Roulana. All of it is public on Solana. ### Is this the only real $ROULANA? Only the address shown on roulana.com is Roulana. Copies with the same name and picture will appear: ignore them. ### Can I invest in the bank? Yes, from $100, on the Bank page. Investors share the house result: it can lose on a given day, and every figure is public.
